Betsy was raised in Roanoke, VA. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, and a graduate of the University of Georgia with BBA International Business. She is a sustainer of the Junior League of Roanoke Valley, Member of the Mill Mountain Garden Club of Roanoke and a member of the PTA of Crystal Spring Elementary and James Madison Middle School. She holds a CLU and ChFC Designation from The American College. She has been in the Insurance business since 2001. She is married to Ben Thomas and a mother of two sons!
